By accessing and using ChibiSkins ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChibiSkins provides a Chrome extension and website that allows users to apply anime-inspired visual themes to Reddit and YouTube. The Service includes both free and premium themes.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Purchases and Payments
Premium Themes
Premium themes are available for purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change.
Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using a purchased theme, please contact us at support@chibiskins.com within 14 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
- Share your account credentials with others
- Redistribute purchased themes without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
6. Intellectual Property
All themes, designs, graphics, and content provided through ChibiSkins are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase a theme, you receive a license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may NOT:
- Resell or redistribute themes
- Claim themes as your own work
- Use themes for commercial purposes without permission
7. Artist Collaboration
Artists who submit themes to ChibiSkins agree to our revenue sharing model (70% artist, 30% platform). Artists retain copyright to their work but grant ChibiSkins a license to distribute their themes through our platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
ChibiSkins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with Reddit and YouTube. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit or YouTube. Use of our Service does not violate the terms of service of these platforms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
